Ordering & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Made-to-order production typically takes 5–8 weeks. In-stock originals generally leave within 3–5 business days. Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking information is emailed after dispatch.
How is the artwork packaged?
Protective corners, layered cushioning, reinforced materials, and durable cartons are used, with additional protection for oversized works.
Can I return my order?
Contact us within 7 days if artwork arrives damaged or defective. Customized works are final sale unless damaged or defective.
Artwork & Commissions
Is every artwork handmade?
Yes. Slight variations in texture, brushwork, and finish are part of the individuality of a handmade work.
What materials are used?
Materials may include premium canvas, professional acrylic, sculpted clay, textured mixed media, natural wood, metal, shells, and protective finishes.
Can I customize an artwork?
Selected works may be commissioned in adjusted scale, palette, orientation, frame finish, texture emphasis, or meaningful personal detail.
How do I care for the artwork?
Dust gently with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, harsh cleaners, excessive humidity, and prolonged direct sunlight.
